First Visit

During your first visit our office team will ask you to fill out our New Patient Registration Form and go over your past medical and dental history, which will allow us to create an appropriate plan, tailored to your needs, and provide you with the best care possible.

We’ll take the time to learn about your dental health by performing a complete oral exam, including x-rays, and discuss your oral health goals so that we can provide you with treatment that meets your needs and expectations.

All in all, your first appointment should take around 60 minutes.
